Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer one flat shipping rate for orders within the United States:

Standard shipping (5-7 business days): $5.95

Delivery estimates are based on business days and begin on the ship date, not the order date.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Remake fashion usa ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. You can track your package using the tracking link in that email.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Any customs, duties, and taxes applied to your order are not included in the shipping charges above and remain your responsibility.

Damaged Orders

Please inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive. If your items arrive damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us immediately at 917-640-4229.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside the United States.

Delivery Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please double-check your address at checkout to avoid delivery delays. We cannot redirect packages once they have shipped.
